WEBSITE ACCESS & DELIVERY TERRITORY

  • Our website may be accessed from anywhere in the world.
  • Utopia World currently ships only within the Republic of South Africa.
  • We do not offer international shipping.

ELIGIBILITY

By placing an order with Utopia World you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older, and

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.

 PRODUCTS

  • Utopia World manufactures and sells generic replica fragrances inspired by popular designer scent profiles.
  • Our products are independent fragrance interpretations created to resemble certain scent profiles but are not original designer fragrances.
  • Utopia World does not claim that our products are identical to, produced by, or affiliated with any designer brands.
  • Any brand names, trademarks, or fragrance names referenced are used strictly for identification and comparison purposes only.
  • All trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.
  • Utopia World is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any designer brand or trademark owner.
  • Product availability is subject to stock on hand, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without prior notice.

ORDER PROCESS & CONTRACT FORMATION

Placing an order on the website titutes an offer to purchase products from Utopia World.

A binding agreement is formed once full payment has been successfully received and processed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Pricing errors

• Stock shortages

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Payment verification issues

• Operational limitations

If an order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice but will not affect orders already paid for.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Mastercard

• EFT

• Payment gateways available on the website

DELIVERY

Delivery is available within South Africa only.

Estimated delivery time is 2–7 working days depending on location.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

• Courier delays

• High order volumes

• Events beyond our control

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the courier.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & FAULTY PRODUCTS

All purchases are considered final sale unless defective.

Returns will only be accepted in the following circumstances:

• Faulty spray mechanism

• Leaking bottle

• Incorrect item supplied

Approved returns will be arranged via courier and collection costs will be covered by Utopia World.

If a return collection attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable, additional courier charges may apply.

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind

• Ordering the wrong fragrance

• Personal scent preferences

• Claims regarding similarity to designer brands

• Claims regarding fragrance longevity

Bottles may contain a visible air gap, which is normal and necessary for manufacturing and sealing purposes.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

FRAGRANCE DISCLAIMER

Utopia World fragrances are generic interpretations inspired by well-known scent profiles.

Fragrance perception and performance may vary depending on:

• Skin chemistry

• Environment

• Weather conditions

• Health factors

• Olfactory fatigue (nose blindness)

Because fragrance perception is subjective, returns or refunds based on scent preference or longevity are not accepted.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content including text, graphics, images, product descriptions, and branding is the property of Utopia World or its licensors.

No person may reproduce, distribute, copy, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Utopia World shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or adverse reaction resulting from the use of our products.

Customers are responsible for checking ingredient information and conducting a patch test before use.

Utopia World will not accept liability for allergic reactions, misuse, or improper storage of products.

Liability, if any, is strictly limited to replacement or refund of defective products.

Utopia World processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
